MEN
“The heart of man is very much lilke the sea; it has its storms, it has its tides, and in its depths, it has its pearls too.”
In the world’s longest scientific study on human development, the Harvard Study of Adult Development (Waldinger and Schulz) found that having positive relationships, was the greatest predictor of good physical and mental health. Quality relationships were more influential than career achievement, money, or fame in determining happiness and health. Yet many men today continue struggling to form close connections which ultimately lead to greater life dissatisfaction and poor physical health.
From personal and extensive professional experience, I am well versed in the challenges that modern men face. I am uniquely positioned to help other men understand and challenge the confines of traditional masculinity. Therapy is a unique relationship for men to learn to connect more deeply to themselves and to those who love them, creating a more fulfilling life.
